Soaring Eagles Outreach helps at-risk youth believe in themselves and gives them the tools to achieve goals they once dared to make. Many of the at-risk youth who participate in the Soaring Eagles programs do not have aspirations beyond what they see on their neighborhood block, they are not thinking of going to college or having a successful career, their goals every day, are simply of surviving. Using the world of aviation as the vehicle, Soaring Eagles mentors work with each individual to show them in life, to achieve anything, a person must possess passion, determination, and a strong work ethic.
